Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall be part of all our contracts of sales and attendance. Upon receipt of these terms and conditions, without contradiction, the contracting party shall be deemed to accept them.
Terms of Payment
After online registration your booking will be confirmed immediately by auto-reply.
All tickets must be bought and paid for in full by 24 November 2015.
You can make payments directly via Paypal or select the 'Pay Later' option to pay via invoice on 30 day terms. Payment via invoicing will be subject to a 3% admin fee.
Please note we do not accept credit or debit card payments directly, although these can be processed through Paypal.
The ability to purchase conference tickets by invoicing will cease on Friday 20 November 2015. Tickets purchased after this date must be made by Paypal, as described above.
For tickets purchased by invoice only:
An invoice will be created and sent to you within 7 days on receipt of your invoice details.
Tinder Foundation runs on a strict 30 day terms for payment. Please ensure you adhere to these terms.
Your ticket is only held in reserve for you until full payment has been received.
If Tinder Foundation has not received payment by the invoice due date, the in-house credit control process will apply.
When making payment:
Please provide a remittance advice to amy@tinderfoundation.org and ensure your invoice number is used as a reference when making payment.
We accept payments for invoices via Bacs, Wire Transfer, Cheque or Paypal.
Please make sure all cheques are payable to “Tinder Foundation"
Pricing
Tinder Foundation are launching an Early Bird ticket system where there will be a discounted price for delegates purchasing their tickets early between Monday 27 July and midnight on Monday 7 September 2015 of £90 plus VAT for centre partners and £115 plus VAT for non-centre partners.
On Tuesday 8 September 2015, the ticket price will rise to £110 plus VAT for centre partners, £135 plus VAT for non-centre partners.
The conference fee covers entrance to all sessions, refreshments and lunch.
All ticket prices to be paid via invoice will be subject to a 3% admin fee
Accommodation
Costs for accommodation and other hotel services are NOT included in the conference fee.
Dietary Requirements
We will provide vegetarian options for lunch, but please inform us if you need us to cater for any other dietary requirements by emailing zoe@tinderfoundation.org.
Access
Conference attendees will be provided with a conference badge to allow for identification.
To help us ensure that all delegates attending the conference are able to participate fully, please let us know about any special access requirements in advance.
Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing by email to amy@tinderfoundation.org by Friday 30 October.
We will send an email back to you to confirm your cancellation / substitution. The cancellation will not be valid until you have received confirmation from us. Your refund will be then be processed. Please note that this could take up to 15 days. For substitutions, we will send a confirmation email to the new delegate upon receipt of their email address.
Requests for cancellations received after Friday 30 October will NOT be refunded.
Delegates who purchase tickets and then do not turn up on the day will not be entitled to a refund.
Data Protection
By entering your details, you agree to allow Tinder Foundation to contact you (by mail, email, telephone, SMS or fax) for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to receive such information, please tick the appropriate box on your application form.
